About Nevada Right to Life

Nevada Right to Life (501c4) is a statewide, non-profit, non-sectarian, non-partisan advocacy organization. We are the state affiliate of the National Right to Life Committee, the nation’s oldest and largest grassroots pro-life organization. NVRTL advocates for the right to life and right to life issues through education, legislation, political action, and public advocacy. NVRTL maintains a presence in Carson City during legislative sessions and provides voter guides and information for elections.

Every life is precious. Human beings have inherent value and every human life possesses the unalienable right to life – from conception to natural death. Nevada Right to Life exists because the sanctity of life is under assault. Our mission is to promote and defend life by engaging the hearts and minds of Nevadans. Nevada’s laws should protect unborn babies, the medically marginalized, the vulnerable and the elderly to make sure that everyone is “welcome in life and protected by law.” We are doing so through education, public policy, legislative advocacy and the promotion of positive alternatives. The right to life exists regardless of age, illness, or disability. We work to protect lives at every stage. Nevada Right to Life strives to change our society for the better by providing education, information, advocacy in providing positive alternatives to the unacceptable solutions of today’s society – abortion, cloning, assisted suicide, and euthanasia.

Pro-Life League (501c3) is the Northern Nevada educational arm of Nevada Right to Life. The Pro-Life League’s focus is educating teens and young adults about all life issues. Fundraising support is used to produce educational materials, events, and provide a speaker’s bureau to Northern Nevada.
